No offence to Pret but you can’t beat the taste and nutrition of food made from scratch. To me, food made with high quality ingredients and loving care has the greatest capacity to nourish body and soul. Plus, I loooove cooking and nothing gives me more joy than sharing food with others.

Below are some creations from my kitchen.

The recipes are plant-based, mostly dairy and gluten free, and Asian inpired just because this is what I naturally prefer to eat! They are also highly nutritious and low in sugar, so that every bite is an act of pleasure and kindness to our body and soul.
