How to build a healthy relationship with food

Eating is really not just about food. We are a product of our genes and our life journey. Why, when, and how much we eat is dictated by a number of factors - physical, emotional, socio-political, philosophical, environmental, economic, etc. It’s useful to understand the key factors at play to undo negative patterns, but this is not what this workshop aims to do. Here, we learn to tune into our body’s innate intelligence to make the right choice for us in each moment. (with Aki and / or MayMay – somatic/focusing)

An interactive workshop with theory and ample practice.
